Coaching Guidelines

  • Complete the Health History as per our initial consultation and read any supporting materials

    Ensure you have the appointment on your calendar. Changes can be made with 48hrs notice only

    Try to ground yourself - Meditation practices will be provided

  • I will listen, ask you questions, you will talk!

    Don’t worry about having the answers, be you, explore whatever comes up in that moment and enjoy it

    Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. Speak from your heart, say what you want

  • Take 5 - Jot down any key learnings that are fresh in your mind and then let it all go. Take a walk, move around, go check in with your people. Keep the vibe high

    That week review your progress and take accountability for it. Good or Bad

    Diarise, mentally or on paper the practises for the following week or follow up session and ensure the time is protected

  • This depends on your individual needs and goals. Generally, it's recommended to work with a coach for at least a few months to see meaningful results. However, you can opt for coaching sessions as often or as little as you'd like

  • Health and wellbeing coaches are typically certified in holistic health, nutrition, and/or exercise science. Additionally, many coaches have experience in the field and hold additional certifications.   • Talk to the coach and ask any questions that you have. It's important to feel comfortable with your coach and to make sure that they understand your needs and goals.
